Meet Amelia O’Day
With years of experience in sterile compounding operations, regulatory compliance, and cleanroom environmental management, I've dedicated my career to helping healthcare organizations build safer, more compliant, and more efficient sterile compounding programs.
My background includes developing standardized cleaning programs, supporting USP <797> and <800> compliance initiatives, designing operational workflows, creating competency and training programs, and partnering with pharmacy leaders to improve inspection readiness across complex healthcare systems. Having worked directly alongside frontline teams, I've seen firsthand how staffing shortages, changing regulations, and day-to-day operational demands can make maintaining compliance increasingly difficult.
I founded PurePath Cleanroom Solutions to help bridge those gaps. Our goal is simple: provide healthcare organizations with dependable, practical support that strengthens environmental cleaning programs, reduces operational burden, and helps teams maintain lasting compliance with confidence.

With years of hands-on experience in pharmacy operations, sterile compounding compliance, and workforce training, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming regulatory requirements can become for already stretched healthcare teams. From competency management and media-fill coordination to process improvement and staff education, my work has centered around helping teams stay compliant without sacrificing efficiency or patient safety.
I helped develop PurePath because I saw a gap between strict regulatory expectations and the real-world challenges pharmacy teams face every day. My goal is to create practical systems that reduce stress, strengthen compliance programs, and help teams feel confident in their processes.
